Process: half of the lot was processed as a natural process with espontaneous anaerobic fermentation and the other one was fermented as natural process with addition of white wine yeast, and then both combined

The Glacial Collection of Fantastic Coffees:
This is the most special experience on our menu. Auction coffees, awards and competition-winning lots, or beans produced in other countries, with exotic flavors. The beans are stored in frozen single-doses at a temperature of -25°C. Each dose is only opened and ground when preparing your coffee. This allows us to have several options of fantastic batches, at all times, with their aromatic and sensorial characteristics preserved.
Our Fantastic Collection is served in a special snifter glass, so you can fully enjoy its aromas.
